Chanel's $1M is deployed as capex on the fitout and design of 113 Spring's two floors, catalysing an operating commercial engine that generates high-growth revenue from day one of launch. No ongoing capital requirement from either party beyond the initial fitout. 113S.vc operates, programmes and commercialises the space — Chanel receives founding anchor rights, a 50:50 revenue share and mission alignment on accessible health, female founders and community impact.
